DEPOSITS:

*$50 NON-refundable deposit is required for EVERY appointment excluding customization (35$ deposit).

  • NO DEPOSIT= NO APPOINTMENT

  • Deposit can be sent via Debit/Credit card! Card must be on file!

  • The deposit goes towards the total price & you can pay the remainder balance CASH or debit card for 3$ processing fee! (I do not have change so please bring the specific amount!)

Wig provided by me ( USE CODE SLAY FOR 50$ OFF INSTALL) code will only work if you select “The Mielta Kollection provided wig”

HAIR DROP OFF:

You will receive a confirmation email 24 hours after your appointment. If your lace is not dropped off by 3 days before your appointment, you will be inducted a $35 inconvenience/same day customization fee (NO EXCEPTIONS)!

PLEASE TEXT ME PRIOR TO DROPPING OFF THE HAIR! DO NOT LEAVE IT IN FRONT OF MY DOOR OR HAND IT TO ANYONE BUT ME (Rose aka Slaybymielta):(excluding clear instructions to do so)

  • Drop offs: MONDAY-FRIDAY 5:00pm- 9:00PM (Name and appointment type in bag!!) SOMETIMES I WILL BE OUT MY SUITE FOR A LUNCH BREAK OR SOMETHING ELSE SO PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK IN WITH ME 24 HOURS BEFORE SO WE CAN AVOID ANY ISSUES PRIOR TO DRIVING AND COMING TO THE STUDIO.

Please understand that I’m not a colorist or licensed but self- taught. My goal is to recreate the color you desire as close as I possibly can

  • 7 days drop off required prior for coloring

EXTRAS:

Hair must be washed, FULLY BLOWDRIED, and without any OILS or dandruff.(25$ fee if not followed)

ANY WIG REINSTALLATIONS SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY GLUE ON THE LACE AND MUST BE WASHED AND DRIED. NO WET WIGS OR BUNDLES PLEASE! 25$ fee!(NO EXCEPTIONS)


I have no problem with rescheduling or canceling an appointment so no call no shows will not be acceptable and you will be blocked from future bookings and a fee of 50$ will be charged to card on file. Please respect my time. Your appointment could’ve went to someone else.

Give yourself extra time to look for parking! After 15 minutes you will be charged a 20$ late fee.

No extra people(ask me first if needed to be accompanied), unless being serviced and no food, unless snacks and water!

After you click confirm and book, you may not change your appointment type, if we cannot come to an alternative date, I will deny you and cancel your appointment so please choose correctly!


If you must reschedule you must do so at least 24 hours before your appointment or you will be charged 50$.

Cancellation fee is 100$

Squeeze in fee 75$, Last Minute/Emergency appointment is 50$ extra (Text me for squeeze ins @ 781-269-2116)

Traveling fee is 40$ for first 25 mins and additional 10$ per 10 mins extra!

EARLY MORNING HOURS 6:00AM-8:00AM 75$ EXTRA FEE

AFTER HOURS 9:30PM-11:30PM 100$ EXTRA FEE!
